1/16th Beef Share
We offer our 100% American Wagyu 1/16th beef share, harvested all year round. Our sixteenth Beef is a approximately 32lbs. Our American Wagyu cattle graze throughout Napa and Sonoma County and are finished on pasture with locally sourced feed. It usually takes 2 weeks from the time of placing your order to receive your beef at your doorstep. Our team hand-selects a mix of cuts to fulfill each category: premium steaks, roasts, and other assorted items.
Please note that each category does not guarantee all of the items listed. We put together a mix based on our available inventory. Each cut will be individually vacuum sealed and labeled with what is inside. The items in the box are not adjustable.
