Eighth Beef - Deposit
We offer our 100% American Wagyu eighth beef, harvested all year round. Our Eighth Beef is a minimum of 65lbs. while often more, every cow is different. Our American Wagyu graze throughout Napa and Sonoma County and are finished on pasture with locally sourced feed. It usually takes 6 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the butcher shop. To purchase a half beef, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $400 and upon pickup the remaining $799 is due.
Butcher Selection and Process
All of our beef is hung, Dry-Aged for 30 days and processed at a USDA Facility: We will communicate directly with you regarding the process and lead time to receive your beef share. We will always strive to meet all preferred timelines and answer any and all questions you may have.
