Eighth Beef
We offer our 100% American Wagyu eighth beef, harvested all year round. Our Eighth Beef is a minimum of 65lbs. while often more, every cow is different. Our American Wagyu graze throughout Napa and Sonoma County and are finished on pasture with locally sourced feed. It usually takes 6 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking up everything at the butcher shop. To purchase a half beef, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $499 and upon pickup the remaining $899 is due.
Butcher Selection and Process
All of our beef is hung, Dry-Aged for 30 days and processed at Lepes Meats: We will communicate directly with you regarding cut and wrap instructions and process. We will always strive to meet all preferred timelines and answer any all questions you may have.
