Quarter Beef
We offer quarter beef that is 100% American Wagyu beef, harvested all year round. Our Quarter Beef is a minimum of 135lbs. while often more, every cow is different. Our American Wagyu graze throughout Napa and Sonoma Counties and are finished on pasture with locally sourced feed. It usually takes 6 weeks from the time of placing your order to picking it up at the butcher shop. To purchase a quarter beef, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $750 and upon pickup the remaining $1500 is due.
Butcher Selection and Process
All of our beef is hung, Dry-Aged for 30 days and processed at Lepes Meats: We will communicate directly with you regarding cut and wrap instructions and process. We will always strive to meet all preferred timelines and answer any all questions you may have.
